Initial Consultation
This is where your journey begins. We sit down to understand your goals, site, lifestyle, and budget — and give you honest, practical advice to set the right expectations from day one. It’s about clarity, not commitment, and making sure we’re the right fit to bring your vision to life.
Concept Design + Feasibility
We take your ideas and turn them into real floor plans — tailored to your site, lifestyle, and planning requirements. Alongside your concept design, we provide a ballpark cost estimate so you can confirm that what’s being designed aligns with what you’re looking to invest.
Design Development + DA/CDC Documentation
Your concept evolves into a complete, council-ready set of drawings. We finalise your floor plan, elevations and site documents, coordinate any consultants, and prepare the necessary reports and forms for DA or CDC lodgement — handling the detail so you don’t have to.
Planning Approval (DA or CDC)
Once your application is lodged, we manage the approval process on your behalf — whether through a full Development Application or a Complying Development Certificate. We liaise with council or private certifiers, respond to any requests for information, and keep you informed as we move toward formal planning consent.
Interior Selections + Construction Docs
This stage is all about the finer details. From tapware to tiles, you’ll work closely with our team to finalise every interior and exterior selection. We’ll also complete the technical drawings needed for construction, ensuring everything is documented, priced, and buildable.
Fixed Price Estimate
With all plans and selections finalised, we prepare a comprehensive, itemised quote. This is a detailed, real-world cost based on trade feedback, supplier pricing and quantity take-offs — so there are no surprises later.
Contract Signing & Insurances (MBA + HBCF)
We prepare your formal building contract (MBA format), lodge your HBCF insurance, and confirm your construction start window. This is where everything comes together — pricing, scope, documentation — and we prepare to move into construction.
Construction
This is where the vision becomes reality. Our team manages your project from start to finish, keeping you informed at every milestone. We take care of quality control, trade scheduling, site safety and supervision — so you can enjoy watching it all come together.
Handover
Once your home is complete and thoroughly checked, we walk you through your new space, explain key features, and provide your handover package (including warranties, manuals and compliance certificates). We’re still here if you need us — even after the keys are in your hand.
