“We engaged the services of Mann Made Building for a major renovation on our house and cottages, consisting of 4 new kitchens, 10 bathrooms, a bar, laundry and an entertaining deck. The property is typically rented on a short-term basis, but due to Covid-19 restrictions, we decided to undertake these renovations, which had originally been planned for the following year.  Fortunately for us, Chris and his team were available to get started (and finished) in our very short time frame and the project was remarkably successful. 

One of the things that made the project so successful was Chris’ leadership.  He is a strong leader and has a very engaged team, who are deployed on the tasks that suit their strengths.  They arrived on time every morning, always with a smile and positive demeanour.

Chris has very high standards, and this is demonstrated through his oversight of the work done by his team, but also his problem-solving abilities and analysis of situations that may need working through, as is often the case with renovations and when dealing with an old building.

Also, Chris is very accessible and amenable. From our first meeting, we felt comfortable talking to him about our project and throughout the renovation, he was always available to answer questions, provide advice and
or suggest the most appropriate course of action.  He has a large network of additional trades who he calls upon as needed, and they also uphold the same high standards and work cohesively with the Mann Made team.
